Cian J. O’Kelly
MD, MSc, FRCSC
Dr. O’Kelly obtained his medical degree from the University of Alberta in 2001. He went on to complete postgraduate training in neurosurgery at the University of Toronto, becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2008. This was followed by a series of neurovascular fellowships at St. Michael’s Hospital and the Toronto Western Hospital, gaining expertise in both microsurgical and endovascular approaches to cerebrovascular disease.
Dr. O’Kelly obtained an MSc in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Toronto’s Department of Health Policy Management and Evaluation (2006), developing expertise in clinical trials, decision analysis, and health services research. His research interests include intracranial aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, and occlusive cerbrovascular disease.
